Have you tried posting in the Harmonix back up eye? They may be better equipped to aid you with their products. Also if that is no luck, you may have to buy a new one off of eBay or Amazon since they are no longer made.

I chosen Harmonix first and they said I need to call EA and I did but they were no aid. I volition try posting on at that place and see. Information technology sucks when something that costs and then much cannot be fixed. I think it is something internal that came loose. That is all that I can think of.

Hey Cab, I'g afraid there are not farther troubleshooting steps for that.  If they're new, though, I would definitely suggest simply getting them replaced by the retailer.

I take had them since The Beatles Rock Band came out. I may just need to find someone who is skilful with electronics. Thanks anyways.

I had a ready of these drums and had exactly the same problem, it turned out the battery connectors were a footling dirty and the batteries weren't making contact properly. Gave the connectors a quick make clean with some emery cloth and gently pried the connectors out a little to make the batteries a snug fit. Non certain if that might help you lot but worth a shot perhaps.

I just roughed the connectors up with some Emery textile, it's like sandpaper, wire wool would piece of work just as well. It'south only a instance of cleaning the connectors and so you can be certain the batteries are making proficient contact.
